I was inspired by, Mixed media and art, March's moodboard to alter, a sailing ship...
I was, obviously, inspired by, the images of the moodboard, elements as ships, seashells, sand and colours as blue, white...
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
March challenge
 
Step by step:
 

I started by, adding small pieces, of wood and on top of it, I used some sand, seashell pieces...

Went on, covering the ship, with sand...
 
 
I used tiny pieces, of broken jewelry and metal embellishments; a cloth cord; decor stones; macro and micro artstones...
I attached everything, with school white glue...
On the other side, I created a different design: also, using broken jewelry and metal embellishments; cardoard gears, made out of, die cuts and gears, made out of, ceramic powder...
On the sailing cloth, I attached some embellishments, made out of, ceramic powder...
I painted, the whole ship, using: gesso; yellow cadmio, acrylic colour; pastes (leaf green, emerald green and sky blue)
Finally, I sprayed everything, with opaque transparent, protective enamel...

Step by step:
 
First of all, I made drop lines, with the heat glue gun...
 
Applied gesso...
 
I used magic, color turquoise (for glass)...
Made a knot flower, with natural ribbon and attached it...
Over the flower, I attached a heart chipboard, that had been, previously, embossed...
Used decor white stones...
I attached everything, with white school glue...

I added, a metal horse and some other, embellishments...
I painted everything, using magic color, diluated in water; gesso diluated in water...

I added, some other decor stones (sugar type)...
At the end, I sprayed everything, with bright, protective enamel...

My creation for, More than Words, March's challenge
 
 
 
 
Step by step:
I decided to make, a Spring time, layout canvas, as the word beautiful, inspired me to creating it....
 
Started by adding some papers...

Added some cardboard...

Went on, adding some pieces, of paper; used modeling paste, with stencils...

Added some embellishments: metal ones, paper flowers, chipboard...

Did some stamping, using black acrylic paint...
Added some cloth...
Did some painting, using: gesso; acrylic colours (titanium white, black, emerald green, sea blue, blue grey); pastes (leaf green, emerald green, sky blue); metallic silver...
Added some art stones (micro and macro)...

Added some feathers...
 
Finally, I added five metal butterflies...
Painted them too...

My creation for  Berry71bleu March's moodboard
 
March 2017 Challenge
 
This is how, I created it:
 
First, I used modeling paste, with Finnabair's stencil, tim holtz' s stencil, a brick patterned stencil...
a window's diecut...

I added some embellishments, using school white glue...

some artstones...

Started to colour it, using acrylic colours: viridian, emerald green, sap green, light green, burnt sienna, yellow deep, yellow mid, lemon yellow, light cadmio yellow, yellow ochre, violet, black...

Added the bycicle, using white school glue...
I went on, colouring it, using also: leaf green paste, sunset orange paste, red copper paste and gesso as well...
 
I used, some clear stamps, with gesso and acrylic black...
Added some more embellishments, on the corners; yellow pom pom, flowers; a ribbon on the bycicle; pieces of cloth, on the window...
In the end, I added the word LIFE (clear embossed cardboard)...

Canvas I created, using one pair of my old slippers, which are a memory, to treasure for me...
I was inspired, by canvascorpbrands March mood board, spring time...
CCB Challenge March 2017
 
This is how, I created it:
 
I applied modeling paste, together with, natural sand and white school glue on the canvas surface...
All around, I used a brick stencil with modeling paste...
Attached the slippers and covered them, with white school glue; in the inside part, I glued down, some cotton...
 
I started to colour, using metallic acrylic gold and acrylic vermilion...
I glued down, some macro and micro artstones, some pieces of faux green...
 
I used some metal embellishments, cloth flowers, plastic leaves, more faux green and crystal wired balls..
I painted them, using: gesso, acrylic colours (scarlet, vermilion, orange, lemonyellow, yellowmid, yellowdeep, green, burnt sienna, brown); magic clolours (turchoise, orange, light pink); galactic metallic pink

I added, a bird, next to the squirrel...
The letters are, pieces of chipboard that, I attached over, tiny, foam pieces; glued down to the canvas...
And coloured everything, with the paints, I have mentioned above...
Finally, I sprayed everything, with bright, protective enamel...

Little piece created for finnabair's current challenge
This is how, I created it:
 
I took, a corset wooden piece, and created a design, with tiny pieces (leftovers), of emnbroidery lace, metal embellishments, broken jewelry, attached to the wooden surface, with white school glue...

For the colouring, I used some pastes (old silver, light pink, shopping pink, copper red) and metallic silver acrylic paint...

I attached, some pieces of cloth and chains, with fast drying glue...
In the upper part, I passed a chain, through a whole, in the wooden piece...
I covered the whole piece, with protective acrylic enamel...
