Canvas I created, using one pair of my old slippers, which are a memory, to treasure for me...
I was inspired, by canvascorpbrands March mood board, spring time...
CCB Challenge March 2017

This is how, I created it:

I applied modeling paste, together with, natural sand and white school glue on the canvas surface...
All around, I used a brick stencil with modeling paste...
Attached the slippers and covered them, with white school glue; in the inside part, I glued down, some cotton...

I started to colour, using metallic acrylic gold and acrylic vermilion...
I glued down, some macro and micro artstones, some pieces of faux green...

I used some metal embellishments, cloth flowers, plastic leaves, more faux green and crystal wired balls..
I painted them, using: gesso, acrylic colours (scarlet, vermilion, orange, lemonyellow, yellowmid, yellowdeep, green, burnt sienna, brown); magic clolours (turchoise, orange, light pink); galactic metallic pink

I added, a bird, next to the squirrel...
The letters are, pieces of chipboard that, I attached over, tiny, foam pieces; glued down to the canvas...
And coloured everything, with the paints, I have mentioned above...
Finally, I sprayed everything, with bright, protective enamel...

I am also, presenting my creation, for these challenges:

Little piece created for finnabair's current challenge
This is how, I created it:

I took, a corset wooden piece, and created a design, with tiny pieces (leftovers), of emnbroidery lace, metal embellishments, broken jewelry, attached to the wooden surface, with white school glue...

For the colouring, I used some pastes (old silver, light pink, shopping pink, copper red) and metallic silver acrylic paint...

I attached, some pieces of cloth and chains, with fast drying glue...
In the upper part, I passed a chain, through a whole, in the wooden piece...
I covered the whole piece, with protective acrylic enamel...
